Using ProAmLab
Use the service responsibly and within the access granted to you. League-specific eligibility, conduct, scheduling, and competitive decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant organizers.
Accounts and organizer access
Keep your credentials secure and use only accounts and administrative access you are authorized to use. Organizer access applies to assigned competitions; it does not give permission to manage other communities or their records. Contact support if an account or permission may be compromised.
Submitted content
You are responsible for the names, logos, images, rosters, match information, and other content you submit. Have the necessary authority and permissions, including for information about other participants. Do not submit confidential information unrelated to competition.
Submitting content permits ProAmLab to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service, including on public competition pages where applicable. You retain any ownership rights you hold in your content.
Results and corrections
Competition records depend on submitted information and may require correction. Report errors with the relevant page link and supporting details. Corrections may require confirmation from authorized league staff. A displayed statistic or result does not replace an organizer’s official competitive ruling.
Paid seasons and additional services
The Pricing page describes season plans and optional services. Contact us to confirm the scope, expected match volume, amount, currency, and additional work before starting a paid season. Historical cleanup, branding, and other add-ons may be quoted separately.
Payment timing, cancellation, and refund arrangements should be confirmed in your season agreement. These terms do not establish a blanket non-refundable policy or remove rights under applicable law. Contact support about changes to an agreed service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, spam, fraudulent results, unauthorized collection of personal information, or content you have no right to submit. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or scrape it in ways that disrupt operation or infringe others’ rights.
Availability and access restrictions
Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Continuous availability and error-free records are not guaranteed. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security concerns, or unauthorized activity. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Season history and privacy
Completed seasons and previous game versions may remain available as competition history. Archiving does not automatically delete records. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and correction or removal requests.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as the service evolves. The date above identifies the latest revision. Contact support@proamlab.com about your league, submitted content, or an agreed service.
